Intercom phone calls can be very loud.
If your phone is not working properly, you might hear someone talking.
BPT calls are often heard on phones and handheld equipment, including radios.
It is often necessary to take a phone call.
What to do If your intercom phone is causing problems, BPT should be contacted.
Bpt also has a website that you can visit to report a problem.
Call 1-800-842-9000.
Bts call center is open Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., excluding holidays.
If you cannot call, you can call the BPT Hotline at 1-888-843-9200.
A list of BPT phone numbers is posted on their website.
You can also report problems by emailing [email protected]
The BPT hotline is staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year.
Contacting the Bpt hotline is a good idea if your phone or equipment is making a loud sound or if you are receiving calls that sound like they could be made from your phone.
When calling, please indicate that you are having an intercom problem and that you would like to speak to a BPT representative.
If the BCT representative you are calling from does not have an intercall option available, they may need to listen to your problem.
If they are not able to hear you, they should inform you that they will call back and explain what they can do.
It may take several attempts to get a response.
They may need more time.
If BPT’s call center has not been able to get you an inter-call, they will email you the number for the BTS call center number.
It should take about 15 minutes to receive a response to the call.
If this is the case, they can try to contact you again, but you can also contact them online.
If these are not possible, they are more likely to offer to work with you on a temporary basis.
BTP’s website lists many phone numbers for BTS phone numbers.
Contact BPT if you need help finding the number you need.
